Behind this growing business is the determination and vision of Isabel Salamanco, a first-generation entrepreneur who turned decades of hands-on experience into a full-service branding studio based in Escondido, California.
A Story of Resilience & Drive
Isabel immigrated to the United States from Mexico at the age of 17, working a range of jobs—from food service to manufacturing—to support her family. Even while selling snacks in her neighborhood to make ends meet, Isabel held onto a bigger dream: to one day own a business that could support other small business owners on their journeys.
She built her skills over decades in the apparel industry, including positions at Ashworth and Callaway Golf, where she mastered industrial embroidery, garment inspection, and customer service. After recovering from thyroid cancer, Isabel took a bold step toward her vision: she invested in professional embroidery equipment and began laying the foundation for her own shop.
In 2024, Saris Branding & Embroidery officially opened its doors.
